• Waldrip - Anna Kate's hernia surgery on Sept. 23rd

• General Needs: 
• Suzanne Halcomb's grandmother, Helen (86) adjustment to Bham - been here about 3 weeks. Pray for John & Suzanne to balance their time with her and their family. 
• Pennington - Praise! House is under contract! Please pray for this to go smoothly
• Phelps - Logan's adjustment to glasses
• Watson - unspoken
• Alicia Wilbanks' balancing sub job and school at BSC.
• Alicia's friend, Brandie, passed away last week. Please pray for the Dailey and Tennyson families, and all her friends during this time. The funeral is Tuesday.
• Healing/Sickness:
• Cosgrove's friend, Chris Morrow (late 20s/early 30s). Found out recently that he has testicular cancer and had a tumor removed from his abdomen, as well. Pray for Chris, his family, the doctors and their staff.
• Nikel family - Lauren Nickels has been diagnosed with cancer.

• Appointments/Hospital Updates: 
• Dubois - http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/jacobdubois  On Friday, Jacob had a really high fever, loss of appetite/desire to drink. They are now home, but please pray that his fever does not return, that his stomach gets to feeling better, and that he continues to drink enough so he will not get dehydrated. Please also pray that his ATL (liver enzymes) continue to come down so that they don't affect his chemo treatments. They have clinic tomorrow, so please pray for that as well!

• General Needs: 
• Burns - safe travels to Ga this week
• Cosgrove - Tamara's job has lost funding through Jefferson County and will possibly lose 50% fof the staff. Please pray for them and for the other families who may be effected.

• Hubbard - baby Matthew and their adjustment to life with their new baby
• Pennington - house situation
• Phelps - Logan is getting glasses this week; Sandy's sister (unspoken)
• Wilbanks - Alicia starts teaching on Monday;They recently sold the dance studio. Please pray for the new owners and all of our students to handle this transition well.
• Healing/Sickness:
• Burns - Lisa's uncle passed away on Monday
• Halcomb's friend, Jack McEmory, who has stage 4 cancer. The doctors have done all they can treatment wise for him, and there is nothing left to do. The cancer is taking it's toll on his body and his spirits are down. He feels defeated. Please pray for quality family time, ease in family tensions, and God's unfailing comfort and peace for all.

• Appointments/Hospital Updates:
• Lyle and Holly DuBois' son, Jacob, was just diagnosed with pre B cell ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). They started chemo and it's already working! His next treatment will be on Friday. Pray that Jacob's blood counts will remain normal.  Pray that Jacob doesn't run a fever of 101 degrees or higher. Pray for headaches and other side effects to subside. Pray for God's peace to be upon Lyle & Holly. Pray for God to heal Jacob. Like "Prayers for Jacob DuBois" on facebook to get more frequent updates.
• Tuesday, July 5th - Tim & Emily Pennington's son, Michael, is having a procedure done.

• General Needs: 
• Burns - waiting to hear back on insurance situation from Stephen's car accident. Please pray that it get's approved that it's covered and, if not, for God to show us what steps to take next.
• Tim Pennington's company to put his offer together - need resolution of our home/work situation.

• Allred's friends' mom diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is going through chemo

• Bridgette Beasley, the Clark's neighbor, is fighting cancer and was told she has 6 weeks. Pray for a miracle.

• Emily Pennington's grandfather, Pop, had kidney removed last Friday.  Praying his growth is non-cancerous and for his healing. 
  
• Family friend of the Pennington's, Sue Clements has pancreatic cancer.
• Friend of the Phelps, Carson Sumpter (16) has stage 4 bone cancer
• Cami Stewart's cousin, Brian, is struggling with a liver disease and other recent complications.
• The Waldrip's daughter, Anna Kate - Please continue to pray for answers/resolution to Anna Kate's reflux and feeding issues.  They have changed her medicine and are going to do a diagnostic test.
• Matt Watson's uncle Ray's healing from an amputated leg as a result of the tornado in Pleasant Grove. Please pray for him to stay in good spirits

• May 31st - Jenny Abt's daughter, Bella, had her appendix removed last week and it went well. yeah!
• June 2nd - Anna Kate, the Waldrip's daughter, had her surgery to remove her trach...anyone have an update? 
• Lawson, Jeremy & Lauren Hine's little boy, left the hospital last week, but the infection is still bothering him. He has to continue with the IV while at home.  They are expecting to get back to normal within the week. Please continue to pay for Lauren, Jeremy, and Lawson.
• General Needs: 
• Jennifer Bradley's mom, Cheryl still struggling with job search
• Burns - living at Stephen's mom's house until our next closing - please pray for protection from bees/wasps - they're everywhere!!! And Lisa is very afraid =)

• Cami Stewart's cousin, Brian, is struggling with a liver disease and other recent complications.
• The Waldrip's daughter, Anna Kate - for her continued protection against getting any viruses/infections and for wisdom/answers from the doctors.
• Matt Watson's uncle Ray's healing from an amputated leg as a result of the tornado in Pleasant Grove. Please pray for him to stay in good spirits

• Appointments/Hospital Updates: 
• Monday, May 23rd - the Pennington's oldest son, Michael is having a dr appt
• Wednesday, May 25th - Olivia, the Dozier's daughter, will be having another surgery on the infection in her cheek
• May 31st - Jenny Abt's daughter, Bella, will have her appendix removed
• June 2nd - Anna Kate, the Waldrip's daughter, will be having another surgery to remove her trach. They previously tried but she was struggling to breathe so they decided to wait a few weeks and try it again. Keep praying for the vocal cords to be strong! Please also pray for her to have NO difficulty breathing when they attempt to take out the trach on the 2nd.

• Phyllis, Lisa Burns' mom's best friend has a rare form of lymphoma. She's in the process of a 7 day treatment of very high chemo, which will be followed by stem cell replacement. She'll be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks. 
• Karan Clarks's mom found out on Friday that she has a blood clot in her leg.
• Bridgette Beasley, the Clark's neighbor, is fighting cancer and was told she has 6 weeks. Pray for a miracle.

• Update: We've been praying for Cami and Roy's friends daughter, Candi and her brain tumor. She passed away last week. Please continue to keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as she has left a twelve month old behind.

• Wednesday, Phyllis, Lisa's mom's best friend is going in for stem cell replacement surgery/chemo for a rare form of lymphoma. She'll be having 7 days of very high chemo followed by stem cell replacement. She'll be in the hospital for at least 3 weeks.
• May 25th - Olivia, the Dozier's daughter, will be having another surgery 
• June 2nd - Anna Kate, the Waldrip's daughter, will be having another surgery to remove her trach. They previously tried but she was struggling to breathe so they decided to wait a few weeks and try it again. Keep praying for the vocal cords to be strong! Please also pray for her to have NO difficulty breathing when they attempt to take out the trach on the 2nd.
