Prayer Requests for the Week of 3/13

Additions/Updates for the week are in red. 

• Doctor Appointments:  
• The Waldrips little girl, Anna Kate, will be having brain surgery on March 22. This surgery will decompress another area of her brain and will be very intensive with a long recovery time, but they're hopeful that it will correct some problems they've dealt with. 
• General Needs:   
• Jennifer Bradley's mom, Cheryl still struggling with job search
• Bradley's unspoken
• Burns - Insurance situation after Stephen's wreck - for God's grace to be with the insurance adjustor's and for it to work out that his car was/is insured - update - we got denied, but we're going on with the next step to appeal the denial.
• Digg's daughter, Morgan, and her mission trip w/ Higher Ground to New Orleans - left today and will be back on Wednesday
• Powell's business - there's a lot going on. Pray that they stay focused and remember the blessing they were given to get this far
• Jennifer Powell's brother is getting married in 1 week.
• Matt Watson's job
• Healing/Sickness:  
• Allred's friends' mom diagnosed with ovarian cancer and she just recently started chemo
• Bennett's sister's father in law has lung cancer
• Stephen Burn's coworker, Jenny Gillespie's son was killed in a one car accident on his way home from a hunting camp last weekend.
• Mark Clark's father, F.L. - pray that his prostrate will continue to shrink.
• Amy Crews (Tommye Lambert's daughter) who has CF is in the hospital and has not been doing very well. You may remember Amy from one of the videos during the "Hope" series Buddy preached last year. Here is the link to her caring bridge site, http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/amycrews.
• Adryne Williams Davis - 3rd grade teacher at South Shades Crest battling lymphoma
• Davis' 30yr old friend diagnosed with lymphoma
• Travis Diggs' mom's health
• Anne Digg's grandmother is sick 
• Halcomb's friend, Jack McEmory - stage 4 cancer.
• Hubbord's baby, Matthew, diagnosed with ventricular septum defect (VSD) on week 17 of pregnancy - went for check up this past week and the hole in the baby's heart is gone! Praise the Lord!
• Friend of the Phelps, Carson Sumpter (16) has stage 4 bone cancer
• The Phelps family is sick! Sandy and Matt have head colds, Logan, has been dealing w/ an ear infection and bronchitis, and Avery has an ear infection and congestion. Please pray that they get healthy
• Cami Stewart's cousin, Brian, is struggling with a liver disease and other recent complications.
• Matt Watson's cousin's son (2 years old) just had his 3rd open heart surgery. They put a pacemaker in.
• Alicia Wilbanks' friend, Brandie (battling cancer),  is not doing well.  They're not sure how long she has left but it doesn't look like she has very long.  Please please pray for her, her husband Richard, their daughter Emma, and all of her friends.
• Homes to Sell: Burns - we got an offer on our house! Please pray for our counter to be accepted ; Pennington's before April; Watson's
• Mission Trips:  
• The Clark's daughter, Betsy, is on a mission trip this week
• Overseas:  Leslie Harper's cousin, Caleb Giles, and Sha Jackson's brother in law, both in Afghanistan; Cosgrove's brother, Heath, just left Afghanistan and is now home for 2 months before he relocates to Beirut, Lebanon.
• Safe travels: for all our class members travelling during spring break.
